We had purchased and installed Cambria counter tops, glass backsplash, under cabinet lighting, Blanco double sink, Delta faucet and a garbage disposal. All American Kitchens & Baths had the best quality and selection of materials out of all the other major contractors. They helped us put together a quality group of items without having to go through dozens of catalogs looking at everything that was ever manufactured.

Workmen were very polite, knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves.

Remodeled our kitchen after it had been completely gutted. The remodel included ceramic tile floor, hickory cabinets, granite counter tops, new lighting and new sink and fixtures. We loved the result as it surpassed our expectations and vision. All the workers were extremely polite and professional. However, one of the most impressive aspects of the project was the highly detailed timeline and lists of responsibilities, both ours and theirs, All American Kitchens & Baths provided us with. That “road map” and the help they provided in making good choices about style and products are what sold us. They met all the deadlines that were established, there were no cost overruns and we will use them in the future.

For some period of time I wanted to give my wife the kitchen she always wanted. Financially, we stayed in the starting blocks for a very long time. When money was finally available, the companies we were working with had lost interest in us.
By word of mouth, we heard very good things about All American Kitchens and Baths.

Steven Jones, the owner and our contact at All American Kitchen and Baths is extremely knowledgeable on the latest developments in kitchens. Couple that with his experience on how to utilize existing space and you have a sure winner.
During the interview and materials selection process, he got an almost immediate understanding of what my wife was looking for in a kitchen. From a few basic questions and material selections he was able to put together a package for us.

The construction was as about as good as construction is going to get when you lose use of your kitchen while living in your home. His workers were very personable, very honest, hardworking, punctual, and communicated readily. My experience with them was the best. No false promises. They delivered what they said they would within the schedule and time-frame they said they would. I would use any one of them again on a project without any hesitation.

If I ever had to do a kitchen again I will go straight to All American Kitchens and Baths. If you found a good thing that works, why change it.

Replaced everything in the kitchen back to the walls

Steven came out to measure and discuss what we wanted in the new kitchen. He let us know estimated cost to redo everything. We then went to the office and we talked about counters, cabinets and more detail about kitchen needs and wants. The next time we went in he gave us the cost of everything, the layout, payment schedule and detailed dates of what was happening when. They showed up on the day they were supposed to, first thing in the morning and ready to work. Work proceeded faster than said and thankfully they were able to tile the floor while we were out of town. They communicated well and worked with my desire to put stove in while we were waiting for counter tops. Finished ahead of schedule and came right out when we had a small problem. I recommend them to anyone who wants to redo their kitchen.

Steven and his workmen couldn’t have been more professional. He covered every detail with us in advance to make sure everything was what we wanted. He has great ideas and helped us work within our budget. Every worker that was in our home was neat, polite, and timely. Derek the tile guy even vacuumed the entire master bedroom carpet and swept up the bathroom because of the dust involved in demolition and re-tiling. I had no worries about them being in our home when we weren’t home. They were respectful of our time and property. Definitely would have Steven and his crew do other work for us in the future.

I have worked with All American Kitchens & Baths on three different occasions over a five-year period. They have remodeled two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a laundry room for me. One bathroom involved removing an existing tub and building a walk-in shower as well as installing new cabinets, counter, sinks, mirrors, and toilet. The other bathroom received new cabinets, counter, sink, mirrors, and toilet. The kitchen and laundry room were gutted, soffits removed, and new cabinets were extended to the ceiling. Countertops, backsplash, flooring, and new appliances were installed. It was easy to find a great selection of products in their showroom, and I will never grow tired of the appearance, design, and quality of the Shiloh maple cabinetry I chose. Steven makes good recommendations and incorporates his customer’s ideas in his plans. The two different work crews I had were exceptional teams. They were punctual, respectful, accommodating, and experts at their trade. Steven is an on-site manager who can deal with any unexpected issues in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my association with All American Kitchens & Baths. I had very comfortable planning and remodeling experiences with knowledgeable craftsmen.

I really liked that they gave us a schedule and they kept to the schedule. In fact we were done earlier than we thought. I would recommend their services to the others. Their price was good. When you work with them, you could go with a number of different prices. We kind of knew the price range and we wanted to go with it. So we kind of worked with that. I thought their quality of work was very good. Their punctuality was definitely good. They were on schedule and then got ahead of it. This was my experience with them.

Gutted our bathroom at our lake home, which involved removal of a bathtub and surrounding 4″ tile, an old vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet and light fixture. Replaced it with a new 12″ ceramic tile shower and flooring, and new vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet, light fixture, fan, and towel bars. Finished by applying fresh paint to the ceiling and walls.

It all went extremely well. They actually started earlier than previously scheduled and finished within the expected time frame. Very neat and clean, leaving things in perfect order upon completion each day. We are very happy with the quality and look of our new bathroom. We had two minor things that we saw were missing (door stop wasn’t back on, etc.) and these things were taken care of the very next day. Highly recommend this contractor. 

Complete kitchen remodel. We moved a door coming into the house, widened a door way, all new cabinets, flooring, counter top, lighting, plumbing & electric and a completely different lay out.

Steven asked us our budget and wish list. He was able to stay in budget and give us what we wanted in the time he said. We doubled our storage and counter space and now it is more functional.

The kitchen had very nice Cambria quartz counter tops installed, and the bathrooms had updated cultured marble pieces installed.

Not only did the team replace the pieces noted, they also repaired two holes behind the bathroom mirrors, which were uncovered during the bathroom remodeling.

The team was very professional, neat, and explained what they were doing throughout the process.

Steven did exactly what he said he would do. Everything was specified in the contract and a detail of the cost was made. The work was done in a timely and professional manner, just as promised. Nothing was left undone or untidy when the work was pronounced finished. For me, this was a very painless process (except of course that remodeling isn’t inexpensive!).

Replace cabinets, sink and countertops.

Install went well. Clyde was professional and was here every day when he said he would be.
After the tear out and install of the cabinets Clyde set it up so I could use my sink for the 10 days while we were waiting for the countertops to be made and then installed.

After the countertops were installed Clyde came back and completed all the finishing touches in 1 day.
I had HomeCrest cabinets in Hickory installed and laminate countertops. The cabinets look very nice, with a clean bright finish and the drawers have the nice slow close feature.

Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has such a gift for design when it came to my kitchen project, and made sure that every last detail was double checked and accounted for to ensure nothing went wrong. If you want someone with exceptional attention to detail, keen eye for design and someone more than responsive no matter what comes up in the project, look no further!

Steven helped us bring our 15 year old kitchen up to date with Cambria countertops, sleek new backsplash and some realignment of an existing cabinet. He also took care of some new appliance installation and under cabinet lighting.

Steven helped us with design choices and made recommendations, but also advised against things we really didn’t need. We had a schedule of services so we knew what to expect. It went well and our kitchen is beautiful.

His electrician did a great job installing not just light fittings but towel warmer, heated floor and toe-kick heater. The tiling crew did an exceptional job also. The crews cleaned up at the end of each day and were both respectful and polite at all times. I was not looking forward to the chaos of the remodel but they finished on time and on budget.

We had our kitchen remodeled so it was gutted and we started over. They removed a wall, installed new cabinets, appliances, flooring, lighting, everything. We are VERY pleased with the results. Steven was good about listening to our problems that we had with the existing kitchen and what we wanted out of the new kitchen. The plans he drew up were exactly what we wanted. We were also looking at resale value of a kitchen remodel and Steven recommended we put certain things into the kitchen that would help with resale.

Remodeling is always an inconvenience. If you go into a kitchen remodel knowing that it will be 2 months and you won’t have a kitchen to use or that you’ll have dust EVERYWHERE for a couple of weeks, you’ll be fine. All the guys were very nice to work with. Steven checked in regularly to view the progress. If we had a concern or something wasn’t right they were easy to get a hold of and corrected the issue straight away. For example, the one set of cabinet shelves were the wrong size. We let them know and they were reordered and sent directly to our home. They kept their work area clean (well, as clean as you could). I would definitely recommend them.

The work was done while we were in Florida. They were trustworthy and did excellent work. We were sent pictures of the work by e-mail. They also did kitchen and 2 bathrooms previously.

Couldn’t be happier with our renovated kitchen! The guys were great, friendly and courteous. Steven was great to work with, honest, precise and didn’t try to sell us beyond what we wanted. He did a great job designing a kitchen that looks really beautiful and fits with our house, which was really important because you can see the kitchen from the front door/living room. Materials are great quality.

She is solution-focused and takes into account the budget you have determined, She finds creative ways to accomplish a great design and advises you of upcoming sales or promotions to get the most for your money. She has wonderful ideas and respects your taste and preferences. She is always responsive and keeps you informed throughout the design process. She did our kitchen last fall and we are now completing three bathrooms. Absolutely only positive things to say throughout our entire experience with Jessica. I highly recommend her!

Steven Jones Designed our kitchen ordered the cabinets and counter top. Our experience was excellent, on time delivery, quick response to any questions, and excellent follow through.

Steven Jones and his crew were always on time and did what they said they were going to do. Steven came up with the design, which we love. When we do our bathrooms, I will be calling him.

Though the vanity, sink and faucet arrived early, All American Kitchens & Baths held the items in their truck for several days until the installation because I did not want the cardboard boxes stored in the house. On the day of installation, Steven and Clyde arrived on time just after 8 am, Steven helped un-box and deliver the unit; the vanity was unboxed outside and carried into the house upstairs into the bathroom. Removal went well, the old vanity and all accompanying items were carried outside for trash pickup. The installer, Clyde, was very professional, knowledgeable. Diligent, quiet and answered any questions thoroughly and to my satisfaction. If he had a cell phone with him, I never heard it, nor, if he had one, did he appear to use it. Installation was expected to take up to 6 hours. Clyde completed the installation and clean up by 12 noon

I went to the Rockford Home Show and came back talking about remodeling one of our bathrooms. However, my wife of nearly 40 years informed me that she always wanted to remodel the kitchen (so much for communication). We decided to replace the counter tops (cabinets were in good shape), replace the appliances, sink and tile.

After checking out several companies, we settled on All American Kitchens & Baths. We chose Steven because of his experience and the way he approached the job. Unlike some companies he did not “Tell us what we needed”, He took the time to understand what we wanted. Steven made suggestions, told us about products, talked about alternatives, and then let us decided what was best for us. We sat down and scheduled such things as: tear out of counter tops, delivery of appliances, installation dates, etc. Steven said once started, the project would take 5 days. Surprise — It took 5 days !!!! It did not go on and on like the horror stories you hear about remodeling. The work was very professional. Victor and crew did an excellent job. During the job, Steven often came to make sure everything was OK.

Master bathroom remodel.

Great design assistance, excellent tile work.

All American Kitchens & Baths removed a cast iron bathtub and replaced it with a 40″ by 60″ beautiful tile shower with brushed nickel faucets, etc. Steven, from All American Kitchens & Baths was on top of things and checked in everyday to make sure we were pleased and that the work was well-done and on time.

They did everything on the promised timeline. The bid sheets were thorough so that you knew exactly what you were getting and the various costs. The workers were the best. Viktor and Vladimir (?) were true artisans. They were all very professional, polite and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to have them do other projects.

Stopped in on a whim one Saturday and met the designer Deb. She was in tune with what my ideas were, so I had both my bathrooms remodeled (at the same time), including taking out both bathtubs, installing a soaking tub in one bath with tile work and a full walk in shower in the other, custom shower door, vanity, sinks, toilets, faucets, towel bars, shower rods, etc. Her suggestions and design ideas were invaluable. The contractors were professional and thoughtful–ON SCHEDULE AND BUDGET! My bathrooms were just completed and they are amazing……Deb was on site many times during the process to make sure all was going well. I highly recommend this group of professionals.
